This policy describes our current pre-launch website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No referral phone line or visitor analytics is active. We will update this policy before enabling a referral partner or adding analytics.
What this website collects
- No forms or accounts. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or address on this site.
- Tools stay in your browser. The ZIP check and the call-ready planner run on your device. What you pick isn't sent to us.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to run and protect the site.
- Analytics. If we add visitor statistics, we'll use a privacy-friendly tool and update this page before turning it on.
- No ads or tracking pixels. Our fonts and files are served from our own site.
Planned referral line
The referral line is not active. Once enabled, calls will be handled by a third-party call routing service and by the provider you're connected with. They may log your phone number, the time and length of the call and the ZIP code you enter, and they may record calls. Their own privacy policies apply.
After activation, we may see basic call records (such as time, length and the calling number) in our partner's reporting tools. We use them only to run our referral service and resolve billing questions. We don't sell them.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing with home repairs. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
